David Bernstein has a broad range of business experience that includes owning and operating an industrial machinery manufacturing company, founding a bicycle industry sales & marketing firm, consulting in industrial engineering, training and leading teams in customer service and sales, and process improvement. A Lean blackbelt, he believes strongly in the implementation of proven processes based upon scientific and psychological research, particularly in human behavior, persuasion, and performance.
